Da , are trofe sistem inplementat dar nu este activat ( cred ca la facut kojima inainte sa apara 2.40 dar trebuie inca ceva) am citit undeva
Cat despre 15 fps la in-game xmb...credeti ca ingame-xbl are mai multe mie mi se pare ps3-u mai rapid.
Si eu sunt deacord sa platesc 10$ pe luna pentru un firmweare updatat la 2-3 sapt, si servere dedicate dar fara servere dedicate....nu prea ma tenteaza.Live foloseste acelas sistem de peer to peer, noi macar am 2-3 jocuri dedicate ei folosesc totu peer-to-peer. ex de jocuri cu servere dedicate(lag-free).Resistence,warhawk,gran turismo, etc mai toate exclusivele.
Battle field si cod4 au un sistem mai hibrid
P.S Live este limitat la 24 de jucatori pe cand psn-ul a dovedit 40 pana acum(rfom1 , warhawk 30+) si in toamna 60 o sa fie rfom2 In curand microsoft o sa trebuiasca sa micsoreze acea taxa de live

sunt nevoit sa trec pe cablu component.. foloseste cineva ? se poate prelungi cablul fara sa se piarda din calitate ? e ok imaginea ? recomandati un loc de unde sa iau ?

Sony responds to adverse firmware 2.40 effects

As we've already reported, SCEA has removed firmware 2.40, released early this morning, from its update servers. Users attempting to use the System Update feature from the PS3 XMB from firmware prior to 2.40 are now being told that their software is up to date.

This action follows a large number of reports on the official PlayStation message boards of the update adversely affecting users' systems. The most widely noted problem is systems simply failing to reach the XMB upon booting, instead getting stuck on a screen with only the familiar "wave" background displayed.

Some posters have reported that removing the PS3 hard disk, formatting it via a PC, then re-inserting it allows the PS3 to boot properly ... with the obvious drawback of losing everything – profiles, saves, DLC, etc. – that was on the drive.

Joystiq contacted SCEA for comment on the situation as was told by PR director Patrick Seybold that they are aware of the message thread and that they are "looking into it right now and will work with those customers directly to address any issues they may be experiencing." This comment came before the update was removed from Sony's servers. We're seeking further comment and will update as we receive it.

eu am facut updateul asta seara pe la 8. amindoua consolele au bootat in XMB fara probleme. phat_sua, sorry, l-am facut automat, nu de pe stick. (btw, vrei un cablu component fff lung si de cea mai buna calitate?)

Eu am facut update-ul azi de dimineata la 5 si m-am tot jucat, inclusiv Metal Gear Solid 4. Pana acum, nu am avut nici un fel de problema, dar deja m-am apucat sa fac back-up

A jucat si eu Metal Gear Solid aseara, pe 2.40 fara probleme slava Domnului. Merge cam shitty in-game XMB-ul, da nah asta e. SeikQ pentru ce iti faci back-up?

Eu am tot jucat ieri, dupa update (GRID, Uncharted). MGS4 n-am apucat.
