Well, am dat un search these days, si am ramas uimit sa vad ca nu avem thread dedicat pt. MGS4... sau poate mi-a scapat mie din vedere (caz in care astept un link sa dau "merge"). Asa ca am deschis unul. Sa incepem cu niste scans.

The Gekkou (the mechs with organic legs that make mooing sounds) will work in packs to hunt you down. They can sense past your optic camo if they think something is amiss.

Snake will have two new energy bars that makes Snakes advanced age impossible to ignore:

Stress: This rises in response to fight conditions. This can work with him, giving him hightened senses such as accuracy and sustained damage being halved. But if in this condition for too long, snake will crash causing him to become exposed to his illness. a drag on a cig will help him calm down however.

Psyche: This affects your general state of mind in the field.The balancing of these two bars will affect your progress.

You can use a camera to sneak away from your mission objectives and record incidents happening on the battlefield in secret. Some can be 'unpredictable and dangerous' There is something special about the camera this time around but EDGE were not allowed to say what.

There is a "surprising degree of explorative freedom" in the game. You can choose to engage in battles if you wish, or just ignore them. Friends and enemies can be gain this way if you do choose to help one side out.

Drebin (the arms dealer with the small monkey) will be important to the story and will also act as Snakes weapons dealer.

Productions values transcend modern video games: A Hollywood grade surround sound and moving track score by Harry Gregson Williams. Electrifying cut scenes and a sense of closure "more suited to Return of the King than Halo 3".

There is so much tucked away in the game that some things won't be discovered until months or even years after your first play.

Kojima says: As for future MGS I would love to produce rather than direct. But as far as Snake is concerned, this is it. It's over".

A fost jocul meu preferat pe PS1, a fost in top 3 la mine pt PS2 (si Sons of Liberty si Snake Eater) iar Guns of the Patriots este unul din motivele principale pt care mi-am cumparat PS3...Si cu asta am spus tot!
PS - A aparut la Diverta PSM3?

De unde dracu fac rost de vechile MGS-uri? Oare nu apare si PAL MGS Collection Edittionu ala care este in NTSC? Ati auzit ceva?

Incearca pe threadul lui robertdinu..iti poate aduce aproape orice joc mai vechi din UK..Sunt diferente intre versiuni?...(de intrebi de vers PAL a Collector's)...

Collector's fiind joc de PS2 conteaza daca-i PAL sau NTSC. M-am uitat pe sendit si alalalt site da nu am gasit Collector's listat. O sa ma uit iara poate-o aparut. Desi nici nu stiu daca o sa fie versiune PAL ever.

Am urmarit iar alea 15 minute de gameplay de pe gametrailers si de fiecare data raman masca...desi l-am vazut de vreo 5 ori...La cate combinatii are Old Snake sunt sigur ca le uiti in timp ce joci...cate camuflaje, arme, stance-uri etc..Nu mai vb de animatii...Sunt absolut sigur ca va lua peste 9...Pentru mine e mult mai mare hype-ul pt MGS decat pt GTA sau oricare alt joc..

Ati jucat careva Metal Gear sau Metal Gear: Solid Snake pe HC? (cred ca ala era MSX-ul la noi nu?) Elders?..Anyone?

MGS1 l-am jucat pe Play Station 1!Acum 7-8 ani!MGS2 si MGS3 a aparut pe PS2!Le-am jucat pe toate! De ce?

Metal Gear a aparut pe consolele Nintendo (2 variante) pe care le puteti juca de pe unul din discurile de la MGS3 parca. A mai aparut o varianta (cea mai buna dupa parerea mea) pe consolele "terminator". La vremea aia superjocuri.

Eu am spus pe ce am jucat eu...Si vorbind asa ca intre "elders"(hodorogi, if I may say so...?) are importanta ? Sau care-i deosebirea, maestre?
Varianta pe "terminator" am rejucat-o de "curind", acu 2-3 ani for funny....
...in rest:no comment! Intrebarea este: mai esti? Nu te-am vazut-on PS3...din tinerete! Ai promis un COD4!?

Cica intii a aparut pe MSX dupa care a fost portat pe NES, Metal Gear (primul) adica.
In 1987, de aia e faza cu aniversarea de 20 de ani.
Metal Gear Solid, seria despre care vorbim, a aparut in 1998..parca. Tot lumea Metal Gear doar ca cu 10 ani mai avansat, jocul.
Anyway, ma gindeam ca poate a jucat cineva careva joc atunci demult.

Nu, dar parca era o discutie. Trebuia sa demonstrez ceva?

Crede-ma ca stau cu timpul in pioneze. Am avut 2 jocuri Uncharted, ale mele personale si n-am avut timp nici macar sa le bag in consola. Am Assassin's Creed si inca cateva care s-au umplut de praf. Uf!

Lasati istoria si reveniti si voi in 2008... cu impresii despre MGS4, sperante, pareri... ca pt. cele vechi sunt alte threaduri, alte istorisiri....

Eu vroiam sa va intreb daca doar mie mi se par texturile cam lipsite de culori contrastante, sau puternice... sau asa sunt de fapt, pt. ca asa a vrut Kojima ? Nu ca m-ar deranja sa joc cu "noir", dar, ma gandeam ca o fi din cauza capturilor...
