Join Date: Dec 2000 Location: across ARCADES this SUMMER! | GGPO merge mult mai bine acum, la fel ca inainte in Build 17  din pacate, din ce-am inteles eu, Super Turbo nu or sa bage pentru ca developerii GGPO sunt si organizatori la competitia Evo. asadar nu vor sa faca concurenta la Super Turbo HD Remix pe XBOX (pentru ca in mod sigur pe GGPO Super Turbo ar merge mai bine decat pe XBOX Live) si sa-i supere pe Capcom (care ar putea sa le faca probleme).

Join Date: Dec 2000 Location: across ARCADES this SUMMER! | ieri s-a desfasurat prima editie a GGPO League. au participat 32 de jucatori printre care si subsemnatul clipuri inregistrate de mine cu ceva meciuri: high quality @ stage6.divx.com (sau youtube quality @ youtube.com  ).castigatorul a fost Akuma din Portugalia (care a jucat numai cu Chun Li - FTW!!).

Join Date: Dec 2000 Location: across ARCADES this SUMMER! | am primit un cadou de Craciun din partea lui Ponder (developer-ul GGPO) -> un nou joc suportat si anume: Vampire Savior: The Lord of Vampire (Euro 970519) deocamdata suportul este experimental si replay-urile nu sunt salvate in GGPO Dojo. jocul este foarte ciudat avand caractere horror sau foarte exotice (ex: o Scufita Rosie care trage cu rachete si cu un Uzzi submachine gun) si face parte din seria Darkstalkers. mai multe amanunte pe wikipedia. gameplay basics si move list @ gamefaqs.com gameplay-ul pare foarte complex la prima vedere.. sper sa se prinda ceva de mine ca inca nu l-am atins (doar m-am uitat la altii cum joaca).

KOF98 e o mizerie (grafica/sunet/gameplay).. nu-mi vine sa cred ca e atat de popular (insa daca ma gandesc la CS, WoW, Halo parca imi vine a crede  ). l-as juca oricum, dar sunt numai asiatici si americani in lobby, in Europa pauza.abia astept suportul pentru Street Fighter 3 *sigh*

Join Date: Dec 2000 Location: across ARCADES this SUMMER! | King Of Fighters 98 doboara record dupa record: - azi a fost depasita bariera de 200 de jucatori simultan intr-un lobby - un singur meci intre doi uber maestri avand 63 de spectatori iar GGPO a depasit 10.000 de conturi inregistrate. din pacate SFA2 e in umbra KOF-ului pentru ca grosul fanilor seriei Alpha prefera SFA3 (care e praf si pulbere din aproape toate punctele de vedere).

Join Date: Dec 2000 Location: across ARCADES this SUMMER! | la prima vedere si mie, pe sistemul "omg 3 > 2". insa dupa ce am jucat mai mult (fortat de imprejurari, thanks GGPO for enlightment): 1. SFA3 are V-ISM infinite combos ceea ce face jocul foarte anost.. nu e fun deloc sa fii jonglat la colt cate 20-30 de secunde fara sa poti face nimic, sperand ca adversarul sa greseasca combo-ul si sa poti ateriza sa reiei lupta 2. SFA3 are command throws care e o combinatie complicata inutil si se departeaza de feelingul Street Fighter 3. SFA3 are air recovery care strica flow-ul clasic al jocului negand drastic avantajul atacatorului chestii subiective 4. announcer-ul si muzica sunt mai slabe calitativ in SFA3 5. stage-urile din SFA2 sunt mai reusite, SFA3 avand niste culori stridente si teme ale locatiilor neinspirate

Join Date: Dec 2000 Location: across ARCADES this SUMMER! | da, romanii joaca in fiecare zi (mai ales seara). eu cel putin las programul deschis cat sunt la calculator mai urmaresc un meci, mai joc 4-5 meciuri rapide cu diversi nick-uri dupa care sa te uiti aquashark, vyorelinho, yon_120, skilu, joarda, ken, Ike, CapcomRyu etc. (mai bine te uiti pe harta si vezi cine e online din tara). oricum poti sa joci linistit si cu europeni sau americani de pe coasta de est.. merge perfect
