@ Misa : ca si la WOW pur simplu le explici mura in gura de ce nu iti merge jocul.
@Tazul: nu trimiti nici un cdkey pe emailul ala, trimiti mail la subiect cu msg :"KEY" sau "CDKEY"(doar te au in baza de date cu user si email);si mai trimiti unu la ....shop catre cine ti-a trimis codul ptr mount si ii explici la fel, si te rogi ca cineva sa iti raspunda Luni cel mai devreme, ptr ca in week-end sunt convins 99% nu o va face nimeni.

oricum lucrurile ptr unii cu CE nu sunt asa de bune si frumoase se pare ca exista si la ei probleme, de mai multe naturi.

Info de la producator: people receiving complaints on the Collector's
Editions keys not functioning, please direct all such customers to
Funcom Customer Service (support@ageofconan.com) and tell them to send a
picture of their key as well as proof of purchase. We will look into the
matter and they will get the key replaced if we find something wrong.


Cu alte cuvinte, daca aveti cumva vreo problema cu CD Key-ul la editia de colectie, trimiteti o poza cu CD Key-ul si proof of purchase (in general factura sau bonul de casa) la adresa de acolo.

Tine-o pentru tine.
Am dat comanda marti si azi pe la 11:30 am sunat un tip de la TCE si-mi zice sa ma duc s-o iau de la sediul lor ca ala care trebuia sa mi-l aduca era plecat. Faza e ca eram plecat (desi era cineva la mine acasa) si cica sa vin luni atunci....nice, really, puteam sa il iau de la Diverta si nu ma mai complicam atat.

Acum am venit de la Media Galaxy Unirea. Mai au 6 buc AoC normal, 179.99 si 3 sau 4 CE. Get it while it's hot :P

ACCOUNT ISSUES

If your account issue dates back to the period between the 14th of may
and the 19th of May and is in regards to Early Access, please note that
Early Access was closed on the 14th and if you didn’t specifically
purchase the 5.00 USD/EUR pass, then your account was not eligible and
thus would remain inactive until the main launch on May 20 (or May 23rd
for European players). This includes many Authentication Error issues.

If you did purchase your EA pass but your account froze, it means that
your payment was denied and requires resubmission. That is done
automatically for you and your account will auto-unfreeze but in the
case that the payment continued to fail, get back to us using the
account email address listed above.

For those that purchased the EA pass and were never able to utilize the
pre-launch playtime because of technical issues, we will compensate your
account. In this instance, please create a new ticket with the subject
header COMPENSATION FOR LOST EA.

If your account suddenly froze or was canceled on or after May 20th, it
is because the pre-order has ended and the retail key is required to
continue playing. To upgrade your account with the retail key, you need
to first log into your account at
https://register.ageofconan.com/account and enter your Funcom account
information. From your account page, select the fourth option, Add
card/Create account. Enter your game key in the box and click validate.
Once you have done that you will be prompted to either create a new
account with the key or attach it to a pre-existing account. Select
correct option and then choose which account to attach it to. At that
point you will be all set.

If you are receiving an error about your username and password being
invalid, please check your account and make sure that you are using the
correct password. Even with only one account, you can have two
passwords- one for the registration site and one for the game log in.
Make sure you are using your AoC log in password when logging into the game.

If you are unable to create an account with your pre-order key, and it
is after May 20th, you need to wait for your retail copy. Pre-order keys
ceased to be viable account creation keys once the game went to wide
launch. You will first need to register your retail key. At that point,
you will be able to add your pre-paid key.

If your /claim is not working, please make sure your retail key is
registered. You cannot utilize the /claim function until your account
has been upgraded with the retail key.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you are receiving an error while patching, like ERROR 105, please
create a new ticket with the subject header ERROR 105 and include your
patcher.log file form the AoC folder. We have QA personnel standing by
to assist.

If you are receiving an Authentication Error, it is more than likely the
result of one of the aforementioned account issues. If your account was
not enabled for play, then that error will appear. However, for those
instances when a closed account was not the culprit, check the following

postez si eu aici poate a mai avut cineva problema mea
jocul instalat de pe dvd, updatat tot
dau sa ma loghez si imi zice ca nu se poate conecta la serverele de loghin

pe forumu funcom zice sa vad daca pot sa deschid conexiune telnet cu anumite ipuri ca sa imi dau seama daca e blocat sau nu accesul la net pe portul 7000

comanda e : telnet 208.82.194.8 7000

de la mine de pe calc nu se conecteaza cand o dau
de pe serverul linux de net merge
are cineva idee care e problema ?

edit: cine te-a pus sa faci server de linux ca sa iti dai net? router normal nu era bun?

deci e de tot rasu.. mi'am luat si eu jocu de la diverta azi.. am venit acasa cu el repejor dau sa instalez, nu citeste cdu.. mai sterg mai nush ce.. in fine instalez primu cd.. zice instalation complete blabla.. dau start la joc.. poc un patch de 800 mb.. incepe bine cu 300-600kb/s. dupa 2 min ia cu 90kb stabil. In fine am zis ca aia e.. au facut oamenii patch.. astept vreo 3-4h, termina de dwld si acum incepe un dwld de 15.4gb (cu 90kb/s cum merge acum imi ia 50h)...

Intrebare: PENTRU CE PLM AM MAI DAT 2 MIL PE CD CARE ORICUM NU ARE PREPAID DECI NU POT JUCA DACA DWLDZ TOT JOCU DE PE NET?!??! AA SI CD 2 ARE UN EXECUTABIL ACOLO CARE NU EXECUTA NIMIC.. DECI DEGEABA

mie tot nu-mi merge forumul oficial, asa ca intreb aici, se aude ceva de buddy program cind ii dau drumul si daca la sfirsitul celor 7 zile trebuie cumparat jocul sau se poate plati direct subscriptia?
