pe mine m-a costat 4000E o singura camera dar nu am platit mana de lucru man, ti-am zis...parerea mea e ca e destul...oricum, dupa ce vei afla o estimare a costurilor de materiale...si ti se da si o estimare a costurilor pt mana de lucru...adaugi vreo 20-30% si vei afla suma necesara. ps: tot vrei sa iti faci si balcon, muta aragazul pe balcon  ...desi e ilegal.

Pentru 2 camere suma avansata de tine e rezonabila. Insa probabil nu iti vei permite gresie si faianta din italia si spania sau mobilier modular pentru bucatarie de la adorama sau gauthier. Va iesi insa ceva OK cu un pic de efort si perseverenta. Ideea de a demara lucrarile la vara nu mi se pare insa stralucita pentru ca atunci e mana de lucru mai scumpa. As opta pentru Ianuarie-Februarie for th3h win Inca ceva, nu te hazarda sa faci lucruri ilegale prin casa (spargeri de ziduri fara autorizatie, bransamente de gaze fara proiect .. etc) Vei gasi un vecin care avea de mult pica pe tine, iti face o reclamatie si iti umfli devizul cu spaga sau alte prostii. Cel mai bine e "sarac dar cinstit".

Dar nici nu ma gandeam sa le fac ilegal.Am zis si in primul post. Who the f*** needs gresie si faianta superscumpa cand nici nu iti dai seama de diferenta calitativa intre aia si una mai ieftina ? La mobilier pt bucatarie ramane de vazut firma...sa trec pe la alveus, franke sa vad ce scoruri au (cred ca f mari) sau mobexpert,neoset,daca au. desi cu 25 mil iti poti face bucatarie din pal PS: ce inseamna mobilier modular exact?

ppl,apreciez preocuparea pt locul de desjegosire al meu si al familiei mele,dar nu`i chiar asa de important.aleg eu pana atunci...sincer am vazut niste cabine dragute pe la 15 milioane cu cdplayer si radio (nu ca as folosi) si mai multe duze de apa care aratau bine. mai important e restul...

Man, in calitate de coforumisti noi trebuie sa ne preocupam de igiena fiecaruia, atat cat se poate, asa ca te rog sa ne accepti sfaturile pentru ca iese cu scandal pe urma. In afara de CD player iti recomand cabina cu telefon, ideal satelit si (musai) acces internet broadband. Altfel degeaba faci investitia ..

Nu am citit ce s-a spus pe thread, dar am sa-ti dau un sfat: sub nici o forma sa nu apelezi la "mesterii" din anunturile din ziare. Sa gasesti orice fel de mester este o bataie de cap. Sa gasesti unul care stie meserie e la limita imposibilului. (pentru ca majoritatea au plecat afara) Acum un an si jumatate, cand am pus gresie si faianta, au cumparat ai mei materialele si am stat vreo 3 saptamani pana sa gasim un om disponibil sa le puna. Si l-am luat din ziar. Tipu' era aproape paralel cu meseria. Nu iti trebuie ochi format ca sa vezi ca si-a batut joc de aproape toata lucrarea. Dupa ce ca a lucrat intr-un hal fara de hal (aici adaug si modul JEGOS de a lucra (nici macar nu strangea mizeria facuta, oricat de multa era) si risipa de materiale (desi initial am cumparat mai multe decat ar fi fost nevoie, pe zi ce trecea era nevoie de mai multe; odata a dat jos un perete intreg de faianta pentru ca o pusese stramb - abia seara cand am ajuns acasa am observat)) s-a trezit la un moment dat ca vrea mai multi bani decat a cerut initial. Bineinteles ca orice legatura cu el a fost intrerupta si, dupa vreo 3-4 zile de agitatie, am gasit prin niste relatii un nene de nota 20. Ca o ultima idee, gaseste intai un om de incredere care sa lucreze si abia apoi cumpara materiale. Altfel risti sa stai cu ele in casa cu saptamanile si sa recurgi la solutii disperate (tantalaii din ziare; nu-mi cer scuze daca generalizarea a jignit pe cineva caci parerea mea asta este, mai ales ca am auzit de alte cazuri similare).
