Must be Animafilm, but I'm not sure. And the year must be somewhere around the 80's.

However, here's a piece of the soundtrack (at least the first part). Do you, by chance, have any episodes of that series?

I found that the creator of the series is Artin Badea (at the Animafilm Studios) and that the year is before 1980 (
sample).
