    un ciclu de indreptari ar fi : 1x10 240 + accesorii si baza de volum in prima saptamana
    : 5x7 cu 250 + mai putine accesorii a doua
    : 5x5 cu 275 + mai putine accesorii dar crescuta greutatea dramatic
    : 1x3 sau 5 cu ceva foarte greu 290-300 + accesoriu de block pull overload

    deload cu greutati de openers, taper, si maximala noua

    Salut ATB,

    Trebuie imobilizata complet mana (inclusiv degetul mare). Trece dupa 5-7-10 zile de repaus total.
    Orteza se gaseste la farmacii (la Stefan cel Mare am gasit). Trebuie sa aiba atele metalice, ca sa iti tina mana ca in ghips.
    Durerea revine daca faci sala sau alte activitati intense (scris, smartphone, maus, tastatura etc..).
    Dupa orteza trebuie sa folosesti la efort o bandana de mana elastica sau benzi kinesiologice (google it).

    Daca imi dai mai multe detalii despre activitatea ta, iti pot da mai multe sfaturi.
    Chiar acum ma recuprez a doua oara la mana dreapta pentru ca am exagerat cu efortul (tenis de masa, scris de mana, carat, ex cu greutati).

    Dupa primul episod tendonul se inflameaza mai repede. Trebuie avut mereu grija.

    Din cauza ei de o luna si jumatate sunt in repaus si simt ca o iau razna pentru ca nu vad nicio imbunatatire.
    Am avut tratament cu antiinflamatoare, gheata din cand in cand, fel si fel de creme, toate functioneaza doar pe moment, odata ce intrerup administrarea revine disconfortul.
    De o saptamana iau glucozamina, condroitina si MSM, sper sa scap fara interventie chirurgicala.

    E foarte mult. Nu stiu cati realizeaza la 90 de kile ce inseamna atata greutate.

    Va multumesc pentru raspunsuri, am si uitat ca am postat aici.
    Din pacate, situatia nu s-a imbunatatit decat foarte putin, am inceput sa iau din nou glucozamia, condroitina si MSM.
    Am inceput sa fac si exercitii de fizioterapie, miscarile pe care le recomanda tipii astia.
    Pana la urma o sa-mi fac programare la un ortoped bun, dar in ultima perioada am fost foarte ocupat.
    Marea problema este ca toata ziua stau cu mana pe mouse. Simt ca o iau razna, in curand o sa incep sa sparg chestii.

    in functie de forma de zi a prizei pot tine 90% din antrenament fara si restu cu straps de exemplu la 5 x 7 am tinut 4 din 5 serii deja la a 5a s-au rupt bataturile dar in principiu priza e egala sau putin mai slaba ca spatele

    alte dati pot tine doar 1 sau 2 serii posibil datorita nerecuperarii de la alt antrenament separat de priza

    Cu mana pe maus nu va trece durerea deloc.
    Trebuie efectiv sa inveti sa folosesti mausul si cu mana stanga (daca esti dreptaci). La inceput doar mana stanga, apoi treptat si cu mana dreapta.
    Cand mana cu problema e imobilizata cealalta trebuia sa preia cam tot (spalat pe fata, dinti, corp etc...).
    Dupa imobizare trebuie folosita mana dreapta treptat (cu banda elastica pt incheietura).
    De verificat la maus sa aiba picioruse de teflon pe suprafata care aluneca usor, eventual rest pad din gel pt maus si tastatatura).

    E o afectiune care are timp de recuperare indelungat.
    Trebuie descoperit si obiceiurile care au dus la inflamarea tendonului.
    in imobilizare trebuie pus local si gel antiinflamator in strat gros cu hartie peste, apoi lasat 4-5 ore sa intre in permanenta in piele.
    In caz extrempoti obtii concediu medical, daca serviciul nu iti permite acest switch.
    Trebuie sa se vindece zona altfel risti sa se cronicizeze si sa ajungi la opratie, care are riscuri si timp de recuperare mult mai mare.

    ATB, bafta sa-ti treaca prin orice mijloc, repede sa fie.
    Imi amintesc ca ma scotea din sarite durerea in perioada aceea.
    Pe mine orteza si pauza nu m-au ajutat, poate la tine o sa functioneze.

    Daca faci cumparaturi la noi in supermarketuri probabil ai vazut pe etichete si avertismente de genul "produsul acesta a fost ambalat intr-o fabrica unde se proceseaza si nuci si migdale, si este posibil sa contina urme de acestea " de exemplu.
    La fel si cu eticheta de la produsul Myprotein, e posibil sa aiba urme de metale grele, dupa cum scrie acolo.

    Asta nu inseamna totusi ca o sa te transformi in termometru de la posibila prezenta a mercurului in produs dupa ce iei prima cupa de proteina
    Sa fim seriosi.
    Nimic nu este mai rău decât prostia agresivă
