It has come to our attention that you are trying to sell or trade your personal World of Warcraft account. As you may or may not be aware of this directly violates the EULA and Terms of Agreement

You need to confirm that you are the original owner of the account. You can confirm that by replying to this email with the following information: a digital image of nationally recognized photo ID (such as the passport or drivers license of the account owner), the authentication key used to create the account, the secret answer and the account name.
If you ignore this mail your account will be comprimised, and we will need to take mandatory action to resolve the case in our own hands. This will lead to permanent account closure. Although we regret to take this type of action, we must consider the best interests of the World of Warcraft community. If you would like to assist us in processing your case, please reply directly to this email with the above information included. As soon as we have this information we will be able to progress the resolution of this matter for you.
