Parerea unui tip care si-a luat acum o luna un Vizio 47" FULL-HD 1080p, 5ms, etc...cu 999$: "I've had this TV for a month and couldn't be happier. It's huge! The picture is awesome and fully adjustable. I heard a lot of trash talk about black levels in LCD's, but I don't see any problem(I't only bothers you if you are a super geek)."

Se pregateste: "KURO LCD TVs for smaller screen sizes:
The KURO LCD TV range is ‘HD ready 1080p’ compliant with 100Hz frame mode, offering an unmatched fast moving picture performance. What is more, the LCD TVs feature an anti-reflective filter, triple HDMI 1.3 support and a specially tuned, high-standard picture quality. This latest Pioneer product is available in three sizes: 32 inch, 37 inch and 46 inch and differentiates itself from KURO plasma TVs in terms of design with an attractive ‘aluminum look’ finish."

In timp ce lupta dintre LCD si Plasma continua, "Mitsubishi LaserVue RPTVs Coming Soon!" "LaserVue will debut in 65-inch and 73-inch, with the 65-inch version hitting the scene first...Have no fear: the blacks are black, the brights are bright, and the viewing angle puts DLP to shame...LaserVue draws under 200 watts, about half that of LCD and a third of plasma...And is 3D Ready!"

"Head to head against LCD and plasma sets we had trouble finding the differences, other than the color depth (particularly in the reds, almost too much so, though we're sure you can tweak that). Have no fear: the blacks are black, the brights are bright, and the viewing angle puts DLP to shame. That said, we're hearing price points are going to be more comparable to plasma and LCD than DLP, so Mitsubishi might have its work cut out for it in convincing consumers that these new "chubby," 10-inch thick TVs are the way to go. We're not entirely convinced ourselves, though one aspect can't be disputed: LaserVue draws under 200 watts, about half that of LCD and a third of plasma."

"Look for the 65″ Laser TV - Model L65-A90 (Mitsubishi) to debut in North America in late November 2008."

"Mitsubishi has priced their 65-inch LaserVue HDTV that will begin shipping to Diamond stores at the end of this month and you may want to sell your car or take out a second mortgage. That’s a bit of an exaggeration, but the 65-inch set will cost a smidgen under $7,000, which is on par with other 60+-inch HDTVs, but there’s no word on the 73-inch set, yet."

Sharp introduce pe piata o noua serie de LED LCD-HDTV: "New LCD TVs include the Aquos HDTV LE (Limited Edition) series with LED backlighting in three screen sizes — 65 inches (LC-65XS1U-S), 52 inches (LC-52XS1U-S) and 42-inches (LC-42XS1U-S). All ship this month at pricing to be announced.

Models in the series include a cabinet depth measuring less than 1 inch at its thinnest point. Features include 10-bit Advanced Super View 1080p LCD panels, and Fine Motion Enhanced 120Hz frame rate conversion with a 4ms response time for smooth motion sequences." http://www.twice.com/article/CA6592608.html

"I had an appointment at Mitsubishi HQ in Cypress, CA. They have this HDTV in their
side lobby in the front of the building hooked up to a blue ray player running their
commercials in 1080p.

I'll let you all know right now this is the greatest TV anywhere on the planet.
Better than any LCD or plasma or DLP made right now.

Absolutely stunning picture quality and the colors are amazing.
Deep blacks, unreal picture almost 3D like.
Off angle view is as good or better than plasma.
Pretty thin, you could hang it on the wall but it would look kind of goofy."
