Am o problema !!!!

Tocmai am reinstalat windowsu si am instalat STEAMU am dow CS 1.6 ! (pana aici totul a fost bine ) . Cand sa intru in jok am obs. ca merge greu

dupa care intru pe un anumit servar si vad ca imi sacadeaza foarte urat , si pe cs non steam merge bine . DECI AVETI IDEE CARE AR FI PROBLEMA ? MULTUMESC ASTEPT RASPUNSURI !!!
