Buna seara. Exista in Microsoft Word o optiune, astfel incat, dupa ce modific un document sa imi apara automat data si ora cand s-au produs modificarile, ceva de genul :"Acest document a fost ultima oara editat la data de .... ora ..." ?

click dreapta pe fisier? apare: Created, Modified, Accessed. Data si ora

Poti sa scrii tu manual "Data ultimei salvari: " si apoi: Insert > Quick Parts > Field > SaveDate (poti sa alegi si formatul corespunzator). Poti extinde bineinteles propozitia cu alte detalii, gen numele ultimului user care a editat fisierul etc. Explicatia este pentru Office 2007, dar cred ca solutia este similara in 2003.

Credeam ca e o fraza ca pe forum, dar m-am inselat. Stiu sa introduc ora si data curenta, bineinteles. Credeam ca se poate introduce automat si cand a fost modificat documentul.

Pai eu ce-am scris mai sus? SaveDate este data cand a fost salvat documentul ultima oara (OK, e o diferenta intre salvare si editare, dar EditDate n-am gasit in lista de campuri). Am impresia insa ca nu vezi "schimbarea" pana nu reincarci documentul. Dar de tinut minte, tine. Fisierul este gol golut. Deschide-l cu un hex editor si ai sa vezi ca are numai 0x00 in el.
