Se plangea un amic acum ceva timp ca nu putea sa faca 'unmount' din windows la hdd extern pt. ca ii cauta google desktop search pe el  btw, Doctor Bonez vezi ca ai un typo, NFTS in loc de NTFS  Legat de Windows 7, mai are cineva instalat vre-un build <7100 si nu i-a dat mesaju'/log off ca tre' sa puna o versiune mai noua ? In cazul meu 7077 x64 nu zice nimic, sa fie de la faptul ca am oprit automatic updates ? Nu-l schimb, eu sunt multumit de el, exceptand niste dungi negre pe fundal alb (le vad cam la 2 zile) si asta de la drivere, inainte sa schimb driverele cu care vine w7... nu a facut asta. Ma gandesc daca merita investitia sa-l cumpar pt. ~3 ani de zile cand o sa apara urmatorul OS de la MS... (am aproximat si eu ~3 ani de zile, nu stiu informatii).

eu am 7048 , si ma freaca la melodie ca a expirat de vreo saptamana. ciudat este ca au aparut niste restarturi la intervale regulate ( intre 2 si 4 ore ) si nu am idee de ce

mersi dr bonez . M.am linistit, si ma apuc acum sa instalez win7 rc . Vad ca upgrade nu permite, asa ca fac un clean install. Dar mai am o problema, nu vrea sa formateze C , partitie pe care am Xp instalat, dar pe care nu l.am mai folosit de 6 luni cel putin. O sa incerc Paragon hdd manager, desi ma cam complic . Eu am Build 7077, teoretic trebuia sa fi expirat dar nu-mi zice nimic si nici nu se restarteaza. Licenta este de pe site-ul microsoft, gratuita. Nu-mi zice nicaieri cand si daca o sa expire :P

Initially, we reported that the RTM build was going to be officially signed off and announced on July 13th. At the time, Windows 7 was proceeding on schedule and several internal sources in Microsoft both close to GeekSmack and other sites have told us that the RTM was in fact coming on July 13th. However, it seems like due to several show stopper bugs, one that we think has to do with activation, the RTM build has been delayed from the initial date. Today was pretty much the deadline that Microsoft internally set to choose and decide on an RTM build, but from what we’re now hearing none of the builds thus far have been deemed good enough, and so they’re continuing to compile RTM candidate builds. Backing this, in the recent Microsoft press release regarding the executive re-shuffle, they stated this: “The transition between Reller and Veghte is timed to take place in late July when Windows 7 reaches the release to manufacturing (RTM) milestone”. Again, when we initially reported on the matter, internal sources and other forms of evidence led us to believe that the RTM was coming, and I can safely say that at the time it was confirmed and it was going to happen, but with these new show-stopper bugs present Microsoft had to make a change to the roadmap to accommodate the time it will take to iron them out.
