Memtest86 v3.0: http://www.memtest86.com/ Are 2 parti - standard tests (1-7) dureaza aprox 30 min la 128 sdram si extended tests (8-11) care pot dura si pana la 10 ore. Daca le faci si pe astea din urma si nu gaseste nimic poti sa fii sigur ca memoria e OK. Numai sa ai tu rabdare 10 ore

Ar mai fi PassMark BurnInTest cu care poti testa orice componenta din comp. Si gasesti usor "stii tu ce" pentru el. http://www.passmark.com/products/bit.htm Sau Prime 95.
