AIW Catalog launched

AIW Catalog is a freeware application that allows you to create a list (catalog) of your entire movie collection so that you can have all of your data regarding your movie collection centralized in o*ne place. Among it's features: automatically extracts detailed information from video files such as compressor, fourcc, resolution, duration, audio format, sample rate and number of audio channels, automatically communicates with the imdb.com server to get detailed movie information such as year, country, genre, rating, plot outline and cast and automatically downloads the poster of the movie if available o*n imdb.com. Things to expect in the future versions: seamless integration with AIW Player.

Some words: Va rog considerati aceasta versiune ca un preview for things to come. AIW Catalog are in componenta sa coduri atat din AIW Player cat si din Remote SMS. Targetul principal al programului este sa fie un fel de side tool al AIW Player. Ceea ce am in minte: sa apara direct pe OSD lucruri ca plot line, anul productiei al filmului, etc in timp ce utilizator vizioneaza un film. In versiunile viitoare voi lucra la integrarea sa in lucrul cu AIW Player pentru a obtine ceea ce am scris mai sus.
