Linux Ipchains Firewall

Cine stie (adica s-a izbit cu kapu' de cel putin cateva ori de asta) sa configureze un firewall pe IPCHAINS care sa sa garanteze accesul pe un LAN la o SINGURA adresa de IP (un yahoo, etc.)?
