cerinte: - talent desen liber - cunostinte in mod principal Flash Design / desene vectoriale mai ales stil cartoonish pentru jocuri, dar si design siteuri/butoane/meniuri - cunostinte Fireworks, preferabil si Photoshop - CSS, PSD template slicing - experienta cu lucrul cu tableta grafica este un avantaj - grafica 3d, avantaj Principala indatorire va fi design obiecte, personaje, fundaluri etc pentru jocuri flash, dar va intalni si cerinte de webdesign, logo design, mici elemente 3d sau pseudo 3d, adaptari de templateuri PSD si FLA. Plata se va face initial per proiect cu lucrul de acasa. TREBUIE sa poata respecta deadlineurile si sa fie disponibil pe messenger conform unui program care urmeaza a fi stabilit de comun acord.
